Taste of Oakville 2023 is Sold Out. Hope to see you next year!
The TASTE OF OAKVILLE GRAND TASTING is scheduled for April 17th, 2023 from 2:30 to 4:30pm and we will be at Nickel & Nickel Winery this year. Robert Mondavi Winery is undergoing a major renovation project and the winery will be closed for events for two to three years. We are very grateful to them for the many years they hosted this event as they are the only winery in Oakville that has a large enough indoor space, ample parking, staff and facilities to handle an event like Taste of Oakville. This year we will move to Nickel & Nickel Winery which is a fabulous property but does not have a large indoor space, so we will be erecting a 50 x 100 ft tent for our tasting. There are significant costs associated with this change. As a non-profit operating on a small budget, these changes are having a financial impact and our Board has made the decision that we will need to charge a fee for attendance. This will help us offset a portion of the additional costs so that we can continue to provide a great tasting experience. If you have changed jobs or have a new email address, you can re-sign up on the Mailing List page, or use the forgot password link on the Members Home menu page to set a new password. Tickets are $50 per person and you may pay with Mastercard, Visa, AmEx or Discover. YOU MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED, NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD ONSITE.
This is a trade-only event and is open to licensed wine buyers from the restaurant, retail, hotel and private club industries and wine and food media. We are very sorry but due to limited capacity, we cannot include personnel from wineries, distributors, brokers or consumers. Thanks, and we look forward to seeing you in April.
